Features
- Realtime kernel
- Autologin
- Entrance as default windowmanager
- Bootparam "jadconfig=yast_module1,yast_module2,..."
List of yast modules to run before login, see "yast -l" for a complete list. Not all are usefull and some are missing installed packages.
Remove "jadconfig=..." to skip this feature.
- Add kde to the jadconfig= list if you want to have kde as windowmanager
- Add fluxbox to the jadconfig= list if you want to have fluxbox as windowmanager
- Add firewire to the jadconfig= list for rtirq firewire support
- Installation on hard drive with yast.
- Experimental installation on usb disk, experienced linux users only.
System Requirements
- A mimimum of 512MB ram is required for the live system.
- A mimimum of 256MB ram is required for the installation.
- A fast CPU and DVD reader are recomeded.
User and Passwords
- User: jacklab
- Password: jacklab
- Password for root: linux
Installation on Hard Drive
- Installation is done by copying the live image to the hard drive.
- System setup with Yast2
- The only choice you have is the window manager (Enlightenment/Kde), there is no package selection.
- 5 GB hd space is needed.
